We are seeking a highly qualified executive chef to helm the culinary operation for a dual concept ( Coastal Mexican and Trattoria style Italian) restaurant in Sudbury. 

The ideal candidate will posses the following skills and behaviors:

 - Incredibly strong culinary acumen with a proven background
 - An extraordinarily charming disposition and advanced people skills
 - Very strong administrative skills including food cost analysis and strategic labor analysis
 - A creative mind for all things culinary
 - A passion for food and people
 - Significant experience developing teams
 - 10+years in a culinary management role
 - A strong and innovative hold on managing "the line" for speed and efficiency
Compensation: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
