- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and exit interviews.
- Help track and manage employee benefits, time-off requests, and attendance.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and standards for a growing company.
- Assist with processing invoices, expenses, and vendor payments.
- Help manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile accounts and support month-end close processes.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
- Vendor onboarding and management.
- Maintain financial records and ensure proper documentation for audits.
- High school diploma required; associate’s degree in business, accounting, HR, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR, accounting, or administrative support (or a combination of both).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Suite and spreadsheet formulas required. Prior use of Restaurant365 and ADP Workforce Now a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of confidentiality and professional ethics.
